New mysterious attack in Moscow. A Toyota Land Cruiser exploded near a residential building on Sinyavinskaya Street in the north of the Russian capital when a man and a woman got into it. Both were injured, operational services told TASS. The cause of the explosion was the detonation of an unspecified explosive device. The explosion occurred when the couple got into the parked car. According to reconstructions, the man lost part of his legs while the woman suffered shrapnel wounds.

But who are the two people involved? Numerous X accounts supporting the Ukrainian cause are relaunching the news that the victims are Andrii Torgashov, deputy head of the Russian army’s satellite radio transmission center, and his wife. This is what the independent Russian journalists group Astra claims, having verified that the exploded car belongs to the 49-year-old officer, deputy head of the 89th satellite communications center of the Russian armed forces. Not only that. Before the ambulance arrived, the two were apparently pulled out of the car by some passers-by who provided them with first aid, Astra also reported, citing some eyewitnesses.
