“Who’s stealing the show?”
Anke Engelke grabs the show
Joko Winterscheidt was in “Who is stealing the show from me?” inferior once more. Anke Engelke will moderate the next issue.
In the new edition of “Who’s stealing the show?” Joko Winterscheidt (43) held the reins in his own hands once more – following losing his show in the first issue of the new season to singer Mark Forster (39) and then bringing the format back last week. In the final he had to prove himself once morest comedian Anke Engelke (56).
First of all, wildcard candidate Phenix from Berlin was eliminated in the course of the show, following she was allowed to throw at least a few swear words around in one of the previous games shortly before. Then came Forster, who was still victorious in the first show. Shortly before the final, entertainer Riccardo Simonetti (28), who had scored with incredible “Sex and the City” knowledge, had to admit defeat to Engelke.
A musical question brings the decision
Engelke and Winterscheidt then had to answer the questions from moderator Katrin Bauerfeind (39) as usual. While both still knew that Baku is the capital of Azerbaijan, Winterscheidt was able to bluff himself on the second question regarding leadership – neither might give the full name of Jan Vermeer (1632-1675).
With the third question, Engelke caught the moderator in a bluff and was able to draw level once more in terms of points. She typed correctly that “Nomadland” was able to win three Oscars in 2021, while Winterscheidt at least advertised his colleague Bauerfeind’s series with his answer “Frau Jordan equals”.
After two more questions – both of which answered correctly – the decision should then be made. “The female protagonist of which musical is the flower seller Eliza Doolittle?” While Engelke was right regarding “My Fair Lady”, Winterscheidt had to admit: “I have no idea regarding musicals.” Since the comedian had also suspected this, she secured victory.
In the upcoming episode of “Who’s Stealing The Show?” Joko Winterscheidt can then perhaps get the moderator job back on January 25 from 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.
