who pays for the work in the Stéphane Plaza shows?

When we talk regarding real estate on M6, Stéphane Plaza is never far away… After the success of his shows ”Hunters of apartment”, ”House for sale”, ”Mieux chez soi” or even “Search apartment or house”, the favorite agent of the French is back in prime time this Friday, July 1 at 9:10 p.m. with a novelty, “Change everything or move”.

What is supported by the production

This time once more, it will be a question of layout, decoration but above all of making a choice at the end of the transformations: either the families will stay in their accommodation renovated by Sophie Ferjani, or they will pack up and buy another, following of the three tours offered by Antoine Blandin.

In each episode, it will be up to the candidates to define the budget they will devote to the change and to the experts to respect it. And if they are won over, it is also these candidates who will have to pay the amount of work undertaken by the home-staging specialist.

“It’s the mechanics of our new show: either the family spends its budget on the works, or on a new purchase. If they decide to buy, it’s the production that takes care of the work: it’s the price to pay to offer a tailor-made choice to our families in the middle of a dilemma, “says the channel. For example, in this evening’s novel, the budget is set at 30,000 euros.

On the other hand, on ”House for sale”, it is always the production which pays the development costs (regarding 8000 euros), except for the cost of labour, payable by the owner. “It is true that in House for sale, the work is supported by the production. There is no maximum envelope, but the experts are constantly giving good tips and tips so that the bill does not explode,” underlines M6. “They also try as much as possible to reuse existing furniture and decorative objects. »

As for the program ”Mieux chez soi”, in which specialists provide answers to customers wishing to improve their interior, the note, at the end of the project, will go to these same customers. Only professional advice remains free.

What awaits you tonight

In the first issue of “Everything change or move”, broadcast this Friday from 9:10 p.m. on M6, viewers will meet, in Pontoise (Val-d’Oise), Stéphanie, 36, responsible for human resources, Nicolas, 38, commercial director in a consulting firm and their little twins, Emma and Alyssia.

The couple love their house, but in the middle of a professional retraining, Stéphanie does not see how they might expand their family there while adding a naturopath’s office and leaving each of the twins their own bedroom. For his part, Nicolas is sure that this house can meet all their expectations. They currently have three bedrooms and a small office, so the house offers, according to him, great possibilities.

She wants to leave, he wants to stay. On the financial side, the lovers have a budget of 30,000 euros, either to pay for the work if they choose to stay, or to invest in a new purchase if they choose to move. What will they decide? The competition is on…
