Trained at Sciences Po and ENA, Lucie Castets is currently Director of Finance and Purchasing for the City of Paris. Close to Anne Hidalgo, she was also her advisor on the budget, city finances and green finance. She worked at the General Directorate of the Public Treasury and the French Financial Intelligence Unit. “I worked with her in the fight against tax fraud”adds Manon Aubry on LCI about the one who “is one of the analysts on whom” politicians are resting. “She also created the collective ‘Our Public Services’ which is committed to fighting to defend more resources in public services.
