Despite what many may think, Apex Legends has a deep history and an ongoing one. Much of this is taken from the Stories from the Outlands trailers. One nugget of history that has been mentioned over and over is Jackson, which may leave fans wondering who Jackson is in Apex Legends.
Lieutenant Jackson Williams is one of the older brothers of Anita Williams, Bangalore. Both Williams siblings served in the IMC, and their story is discussed further in Stories from Outland: Gridiron. Jackson decides to step back from this grueling battle over the course of this trailer, taking his sister with him.

Upon awakening from an injury, Bangalore contacts IMC, resulting in a fight where she ultimately kills the pilot. It showcases Bangalore’s strength and love for his family and gives fans a deeper insight into his character.
Despite this, Jackson’s status is currently unknown. The wiki lists him as MIA and mentions that Bangalore still believes he is alive. Until more information is known, fans should continue. You can check out the Outlands: Gridiron stories below.
