Skateboarding was added to the Tokyo Olympics for the first time in 2020, and Zheng will be joined by several other young competitors in the event, including 12-year-old Thai athlete Verreya Sukasim and Britain’s 16-year-old Skye Brown, who is already in Tokyo. Jimenez Cobo will be competing in his third Olympic Games having made his debut in Sydney in 2000. He won the silver medal. He was last part of the team in Athens in 2004 but has not made the Olympics since.
