Former athlete formerly poorly supervised, without ever having a pregnancy, I suffered a slight organ descent and my perineum drastically lacks strength so I have had a few episodes of urinary leakage (bearable) for years. I did perineal reinforcement sessions for 1 year and having studied abdominal hypopressure, it seemed to me to be improved.
Doing a lot of indoor cycling, I suffered MORE THAN 2 MONTHS ago from an intense but transient cystitis, and once the antibiotics were swallowed (treatment 3/5 days) I had the first symptoms of mycosis ( usual once the bladder is disturbed) but I knew how to +- bear it for 2 weeks (continuous creamy white discharge + vaginal cramps + burning sensations). Seeing that it didn’t pass despite the anti-mycotic (vaginal + oral) I took complete samples twice (STD + cervix + rare bacteria). Diagnosis: simple vaginosis: 1 week of treatment (Flagyl antibiotic) later, slight improvement then now it’s getting worse: more intense burns on the right side, still continuous white discharge, no more sex life for 2 months of course.
Desperate because my attending physician no longer knows what to offer other than vaginal probiotics (no improvement and 2 gynecologists, following auscultation only found inflammation and a small internal wound on the right side), I also tested a TAO Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment which excluded the localization of my problems in the genital tract but rather in the urinary tract (severe pain at the point of the heel of the feet).
I really don’t know what to do anymore, sitting, I still have discomfort (either burning sensation or urinary leakage/vaginal discharge) my body, which is my guide, makes me understand the urgency of the solution, it goes regarding my sterility and my mental health but I still don’t know if it’s urinary (negative cystitis) or genital and what to do!
