While peddling ketamine in Antwerp, a dealer abandons his young children at home with 2,000 ecstasy pills and 28 grams of cocaine.

Police discovered a large amount of drugs, including ecstasy pills, cannabis, amphetamines, cocaine, heroin, and LSD patches, some of which were easily accessible to children. Additionally, €9,400 in cash was seized. The children were left in the mother’s care, and a social investigation was launched. The suspect was arrested and brought before a judge on charges related to drug offenses.

Officers found nearly 2,000 ecstasy pills, 300 grams of cannabis, 200 grams of amphetamines, 28 grams of cocaine, one gram of heroin and 30 LSD patches. Some of these substances were within easy reach of children. Nearly 9,400 euros in cash were also seized.

The children were entrusted to their mother and a social investigation was launched into the situation observed by the police.

The suspect was presented to an investigating judge and arrested for drug-related offences.
