Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – The American Centers for Disease Control and Prevention revealed the total number of monkeypox cases, which amounted to 18,095 cases around the world.

- America with 3,846 cases
- Spain with 3,125 cases
- Germany with 2,352 cases
- Britain with 2,208 cases
- France with 1,567 cases
- Netherlands 818 cases
- Canada 681 cases
- Brazil 592 cases
- Portugal 588 cases
- Italy 407 cases
As for the Arab countries, the UAE topped the list with 16 monkeypox cases, and it had announced the registration of 3 new cases on Sunday, July 24.
The following is the ranking of the Arab countries most affected by the number of monkeypox infections:
- UAE – 16 cases
- Lebanon 4 cases
- Saudi Arabia two cases
- Qatar and Morocco are one case
On Saturday, the World Health Organization announced that the outbreak of monkeypox has become a public health emergency of international concern.
