The 35-year-old winemaker and his younger brother Alexander took over the business from their parents ten years ago. Since then, the two have been producing natural wines in addition to classically produced wines. They even offer their own Aperol variant, which is made from their own red wine, bitter oranges, lemon and vanilla. “Everyone knows and drinks Aperol Spritz, and that’s why everyone is happy when you serve a homemade batch. That’s something special,” says Stefan Fuchs.
