Jean Pierre Brol is ready to make history at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
The Guatemalan shooter qualified for the final of the Olympic trap in hunting weapons shooting (the first Guatemalan to do so) and will be fighting for medals at the Chateauroux Shooting Center in France.
Jean Pierre will be one of six finalists; to win one of the medals he must beat at least three of his rivals in the elimination format that makes up the event.
The grand final will begin at 7.20 am at the Chateauroux Shooting Centre and can be followed on the official Olympic platforms, such as the website where the results are posted and the YouTube broadcast.
In the women’s category of hunting weapons shooting, Adriana Ruano and Waleska Soto also competed on July 30.
They will complete their activity on July 31 and will find out if they will enter the fight for the Olympic medals in Paris 2024.
