They communicated that the yellow alert level means that high temperatures can cause a “mild to moderate effect on health”. Likewise, that “they can be dangerous, especially for risk groups, such as boys and girls, people over 65 years of age, with chronic diseases.
Other provinces with heat alert
From the SMN, they reported that there are alert for high temperatures for eight provinces of Argentina. The level is orange for the metropolitan area of Buenos Aires and some areas of downtown Buenos Aires, In the City of Buenos Aires a maximum temperature of 37° and a minimum of 26° are expected.
The warning is for the province of Buenos Aires, the center and north of Neuquén, the south of Mendoza, the central area of San Luis, the entirety of Entre Ríos. a large part of the province of Santa Fe, with the exception of the northeast, the southeast of Santiago del Estero, a large part of the north of Córdoba, with the exception of the northern zone.
