Where and when to eat the menu of Philo Saucisse, the winner of the restaurant war?

The Resto War Top chef has kept all its promises of the show’s best test. This year, these 48 hours of tension were won by the team of Arnaud, Mickaël and Wilfried. Like last year, their meal is available via the app Uber Eats in nine cities in France at the price of 35 euros. It will be available for ten days in Bordeaux, Grenoble, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Montpellier, Nantes, Paris and Toulouse from March 31 until April 9.

As a starter, you can taste a lamb sausage (and pig), octopus, lemon, tuberous chervil and fresh herbs. As a main course, the enigmatic inverted sausage, which consists of a mix of vegetables with breast, cabbage and aligot. For dessert, we will finish with white pudding, apple, tonka and love.

The physical restaurant of Philo Saucisse, the great novelty of this year, will open its doors on a date and in a place that have not yet been communicated. However, an advertisement spotted on Twitter this Wednesday evening indicates an “opening on April 19 in Paris”.

Why was there no elimination this week?

This may have surprised a few viewers on Wednesday night. At the end of the episode, when the losing team was expected to face each other as a last chance, Stephane Rotenberg announced that the episode ended like this, with no contestant eliminated.

Contacted by 20 MinutesRomuald Graveleau, producer of Top chef, justifies this choice. “This year, the war of restaurants is an event in the season with two exceptional gains: the delivery of Uber Eats and the opening of the ephemeral restaurant. The Restaurant War is like a TV special,” he explains.
