when will it be paid and who can benefit from it?

When will it be paid? What is its amount, who is concerned? We will explain everything to you.

Who is concerned ?

This year, some 2.3 million beneficiaries will be able to benefit from this aid. It is granted to people who received in November or December the RSA (Active Solidarity Income), the Specific Solidarity Allowance (ASS), the Retirement Equivalent Allowance (AER), the fixed monthly premium for resumption of activity.

There is no procedure to be carried out, recalls the CAF website. The premium is in fact paid directly by the Caisses d’Allocations Familiales, the Caisse centrale de la Mutualité sociale agricole (CCMSA) or even Pôle emploi.

When will it be paid?

Payments should begin around December 15 by CAF and MSA, says the site servicepublic.fr. Those registered with Pôle Emploi will receive this aid a few days later. As for new beneficiaries, they will receive their bonus in January 2023.

What amount?

The amount of the premium paid by the CAF or the MSA varies according to the composition of the household. Its basic amount is 152.45 euros for a person living alone and 228.67 euros for two people without children. It is then necessary to count 60.98 euros per additional person within the family. Thus, a family of four – either a couple with two children or a single parent with three children – will be able to benefit from aid of 320.14 euros in the first case or 335.39 euros in the second case.

The Christmas bonus paid by Pôle emploi is, on the other hand, a single amount of 152.45 euros.
