When is the Physician’s Day celebrated?
Since 1980, the Day of Medical Staff has not had a set date. It was celebrated on the third Sunday of June. Thus, in 2024, the vacation was purported to fall on the sixteenth, however there have been modifications.
In 2023, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, signed a decree stating that the Day of the Physician can be celebrated on July 27.
Since then, this date is fixed.
