When does the time change, when do we turn the hands?

Peloponnese Newsroom

The countdown has begun for the time change and on the last Sunday of October we leave summer time to return to winter time again.

In particular, in the early hours of Sunday, October 27, the hands of the clocks at 4:00 should turn back one hour to 3:00.

The question of switching between winter and summer timeand vice versa, it is something that has concerned us quite a lot in recent years, but without finally having any official decision.

The changes were supposed to be in place by 2021, but the debate over who was in charge has stalled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

So far there doesn’t seem to be enough support for the proposal and at this point, it’s unclear when, if ever, the EU will get rid of the measure.
