When are the ENFIA settlement statements posted – Payment in 11 installments – 2024-04-07 03:21:35

As of Sunday evening, AADE will begin sending settlement notices, which are expected to be received by more than 7 million property owners. From this year the tax can be paid in 11 monthly installments, from April to February. The ENFIA settlement statements will be posted on myaade and the first of the 11 total monthly installments will have to be paid by April 30.

There is no discount for those who want to pay the entire debt at once.

For those who had no change in their property situation in 2023, there will be no surprises. The amount they will be asked to pay will be the same as last year.

What is changing is the discount entitled to regarding 305,000 owners who had fully insured their property once morest natural disasters.

“This year taxpayers will see a 10% discount if they have insured their home once morest natural disasters, flood, fire, and this in the following years if the insurance is at least 3 months”, point out tax experts.

Those who have installed the new application of the independent public revenue authority will be able to receive notifications of ENFIA installments and pay them in real time, from their mobile, with IRIS or by card.

“We cannot make it more pleasant. We get our notifications in time in case we forget a dose or a statement”, as the commander of AADE, Giorgos Pitsilis, said.

The second fortnight of April is expected to start the process for submitting this year’s tax returns.
