Currently, according to the Department of Transport, the traffic situation in the area of registration centers is more stable than before. All registered vehicle owners are issued appointment cards. When receiving a sufficient number of vehicles, the registration unit shall notify, guide and introduce vehicle owners to move to other stations that have resumed operation.
