Written by Muhammad Ayman Tuesday, October 17, 2023 02:00 AM WhatsApp has introduced a change to the application interface on the Android system, which will make using the famous chat application with one hand much easier, and the company presented for the first time a tabbed design at the bottom for testers of the beta version of the Android application earlier in the year. This year – the iOS version of the app already has tabs at the bottom. WhatsApp also recently started testing a redesigned interface for iOS and Android with new different colors in the beta version of the app, according to gadgets360. The bottom tab interface in WhatsApp features four tabs: Chats, Updates, Communities, and Calls, and these tabs also include icons, which were not previously available when the tabs were located at the top of the screen. However, the latest update that adds the bottom tab interface also prevents users from scrolling through tabs. The older design that showed tabs at the top of the interface allowed users to swipe their finger through the chat list toward the tab they wanted to switch to, with the interface Bottom tab, it looks like users will have to tap to switch between tabs instead of tapping.
