WhatsApp Business is preparing a new design for ‘Linked devices’, the form that the multi-device function takes in this service. With it, different devices can be used in the same account simultaneously, in such a way that different employees can contact customers at the same time in the same chat.
The multi-device mode supports up to four devices connected to the account, but as the WABetainfo portal has advanced, WhatsApp Business can be expanded up to ten with a subscription that is under development.

This completely optional subscription would offer additional features and functions to those already offered by the application for free. It is proposed as the company version of Twitter Blue.
The payment plan is currently under development, according to the aforementioned portal. It cannot currently be found in the Business app, but will be available in a future beta update for Android and iOS.
