Washington – Agencies: The WhatsApp instant messaging application is developing the business indicator feature to help users benefit from business information services, which includes the “business interaction” step. A screenshot displayed by the specialized website “wabetainfo” showed new arrows indicating the sharing of information provided by “Meta” in business conversations on the application, in order to provide advanced solutions for users. The new indicator appears in chats with some companies that have created commercial advertisements on the Facebook and Instagram platforms, and by pressing the Click-To-WhatsApp button, comments regarding a business activity can be sent, or interaction with commercial offers.
