What’s new in WhatsApp: how the “invisible mode” will work to not appear online

WhatsApp is gearing up with a new feature that will change its use forever. This is a request from millions of users for months: the famous “stealth mode”.

Meta authorities are already planning the launch for the next few weeks. The “invisible mode” will serve for the user who uses the service and want to go unnoticed among your contacts at all times.

So far, the messaging app allows to hide the last time of the connection, but not the registration “online”and precisely the latter is what WhatsApp will also allow to hide soon.

As published WABetaInfothe portal specializing in news from the messenger, the option will be available for all mobile devices, both iOS and Android. Likewise, it can be used in WhatsApp Web and Desktop.

Although it is still unknown when the indicated date will be, from the same site they published the information that transpired to activate the new “stealth mode”.

There will be four options. The first will be so that no user sees the online status and the second will have to see depending on the function that is chosen in “who can see my last time”, which has variants such as “everyone”, “my contacts”, “my contacts except…” and “no one”. In short, you can hide the “online” status for all contacts, for some or for anyone who has you scheduled.
