What’s going on with Canadian hockey?

For the first time in National Hockey League history, Canada might find itself with as few as two players in the top 20 in scoring this season.

In fact, Canada has never even had fewer than six Canadian players in the top 20 in scoring in a campaign.

Only Connor McDavid, of the Edmonton Oilers, and Matt Duchene, of the Nashville Predators, are currently in the top 20. This is a worrying constant.
