C’went for a ride. For the 37e consecutive year, the Enfoirés, a true media figure of the Restos du Coeur, return to the stage on Friday March 4, at 9:10 p.m. on TF1. An edition once once more without an audience, Covid-19 obliges, but which was designed with a single watchword, details South West : benevolence and respect. A light tone that should do good, in a particularly heavy international context.
The absence of an audience is a big problem for the Restos du Coeur, which see nearly 4 million euros in revenue – usually generated by the ticket office – soar. To compensate, the Enfoirés rely as always on a massive gathering of stars, able to round up viewers and donations. In addition to the pillars of the band (Patrick Bruel, Patrick Fiori, Garou, etc.), several new faces are planned for the program: the singers Camélia Jordana and Jérémy Frérot, the actor Arnaud Ducret or Anne Sila, winner of the show The Voice – All Stars.

Revamped Alex Reed stars and sketches
Above all, the Enfoirés will be able to count on the presence of two great stars of the moment: footballer Kylian Mbappé, at the top of his game, and astronaut Thomas Pesquet. The electro group Ofenbach will also be present on stage, specifies South West. In total, 36 artists will have fun for nearly three hours in 22 different scenes, animated by 250 square meters of giant screens. In addition to the traditional songs, many sketches will mark the evening. A real subject for the Enfoirés, as the 2021 edition had disappointed in this aspect.
According to South West, the writing team was thus reviewed. This year, it is directed by a former director of the Guignols, presented as more accustomed to writing small fictions. The majority of the sketches were imagined as cinema scenes, details the daily, in a version however more elaborate and energetic. Finally, the whole thing was filmed mainly behind the scenes, and more partially on stage. Enough to allow viewers to have a 360° view of the show and unprecedented visual access to the village of Les Enfoirés. Will the audience be there?
