As for the temperatures, the SMN quarterly forecast indicates the following for Neuquen and Rio Negro.
Las Temperatures will be normal or below normal or below normal in much of Neuquén and Río Negro.
They will be normal temperature values in the northeast of Neuquén (oil zone) and north of Rio Negro (north of the Alto Valle, Valle Medio and area of Río Colorado).
