O AirTag It is the ideal accessory for those who want to know where their personal objects are, such as keys, wallets, suitcases and purses, for example — thanks to the Search network (Find My) da Apple.
In normal operation, you can track, through the app, where these objects are. But, in some situations, this feature may be showing an error or simply not working.
With that in mind, we have put together some tips that can help you in these situations. Check out! 🗺️
- Check if Location Services is turned on on your iPhone. To do this, open Settings and go to Privacy and Security » Location Services and activate them. Then, scroll until you find “Search” and see if “Precise Location” is turned on.
- Make sure “Search” is turned on by going to Settings, tapping your name (at the top of the screen) and tapping Search » Search iPhone » Network Search.
- Turn Bluetooth off and on once more. You can do this by opening Settings or using Control Center.
- Check that there is no low battery warning within the Search app. If he appears, replace it.
- Check if your iPhone is connected to the internet — whether via Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
- Remove your AirTag from Find My and add it once more.
- Reset your network settings by going to Settings » General » Transfer or Reset iPhone » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
