Nobody can deny that the WhatsApp it is a phenomenon of popularity — mainly in countries like Brazil and India, where it practically became a synonym for messenger.
In recent years, Meta (formerly Facebook) has given even more importance to it, providing many new features. We can cite, as examples, the possibility of editing a message and using an account on several iPhones.
But none of that matters if the service isn’t working, does it? So, below are some tips on what to do if this is your case.
Check out! ????
- Make sure there isn’t an issue with the WhatsApp servers. If so, other people may also be experiencing difficulties using it.
- Restart your iPhone and open WhatsApp once more to see if the issue is resolved.
- Make sure there are no updates available on the App Store for the app. To do this, open the store, tap your photo (in the upper right corner) and go to “Updates”.
- Make sure Airplane mode is turned off and cellular data or Wi-Fi is turned on. For cellular and Wi-Fi, turn them off and on once more.
- Delete the app and reinstall it once more. Before that, however, make sure you have a recent backup.
- Reset iPhone’s network settings. To do this, open Settings and go to General » Transfer or Reset iPhone » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
- Try turning roaming off if it’s on.
We hope everything works out! ????
