O Apple Fitness+ arrived with the premise of being able to make you exercise wherever you are — just by having an iPhone or an Apple Watch.
It is possible to subscribe to this service and have a vast collection of classes available in high definition with a separate subscription or through Apple One Premium (which also includes Apple Music, Apple TV+, Apple Arcade and iCloud+ with 2TB).
If you already have access to this Apple service and, for some reason, you are experiencing difficulties using it, know that some tips can help solve these problems.
Here we go?! ????♂️
- Check if your subscription is activated. To do this, open the App Store on your iPhone/iPad, tap on your photo (in the upper right corner) and on “Signatures”. If it is still valid, the Apple Fitness+ subscription will appear in the “Active” section. You can also check the same information by opening Settings and selecting your name (at the top of the screen). Then go to “Subscriptions”.
- Make sure the Apple Fitness+ servers are not affected by a temporary issue. Apple allows you to track the status of your services on this page.
- If you haven’t downloaded a lecture to watch it offline, your internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular) may be compromised. Try resetting your modem or make sure your cellular data plan is active.
- Make sure the Fitness app can use your iPhone or iPad’s cellular network. To do this, open Settings, tap “Cellular” and make sure “Fitness” is turned on.
- Force close the Fitness app on iPhone/iPad or Apple TV and open it once more.
- Restart iPhone/iPad or Apple TV.
- Check that operating systems are updated to the latest versions.
- Try restoring your iPhone/iPad or Apple TV to factory settings — just like your Apple Watch itself.
After these steps, your problem was solved? ????

With it, users can exercise wherever and whenever is most convenient. Fitness+ has training programs for pregnant women, seniors and beginners, it costs BRL 29.90 per month (or BRL 149.90 per year) and is also part of the company’s subscription package, Apple One Premium.
