O Apple Watch has become indispensable for many users — thanks to the various possibilities offered directly on the wrist of those who use them, such as tracking physical activity and viewing/responding to notifications coming from the paired iPhone, for example.
Therefore, it can be frustrating when you need to deal with some unusual situation involving the smartwatch. One of them may be a behavior of seamless rebootfor no apparent reason.

Keep devices up to date
Always keep your Apple Watch and iPhone updated to the latest versions of their operating systems. This will ensure that the latest bug fixes are properly implemented in them.
To check your Apple Watch for any pending updates, open Settings on your watch and go to General » Software Update. On the iPhone, the process is the same.
Force reset the watch
Force restart your Apple Watch and see if that will fix the situation. To do this process, press and hold the side button and the Digital Crown at the same time for regarding ten seconds. When the Apple logo appears, release them and wait for it to boot.
Then observe over the days if the process continues to occur.

If you are unsuccessful following the two steps described above, the next step is to try resetting your Apple Watch to its factory settings.
On your iPhone, open the Watch app, tap “All Watches” (in the top left corner) and then the “i” next to your device. Then select “Unpair Apple Watch” and wait until the procedure is completed.
You can also do this directly from the Apple Watch. Open Settings and go to General » Reset » Erase All Content and Settings. Enter the password, choose whether or not you want to keep the cellular plan and tap “Delete All”.
