As complications are an important part of the dials of the Apple Watch. Through them, you can add information such as weather forecast, air quality, reminders, timers and more.

First, check if the application containing the complication is working correctly. If not, try deleting it and installing it again. Force restart the application. To do this, open it, press the side button until the options screen such as Emergency SOS appears. Then press and hold the Digital Crown. Check that you are connected to the internet, either via Wi-Fi or the cellular network (if you have an active plan on your watch). Make sure you’re using the most up-to-date version of watchOS on your watch. If not, update it. Restart your Apple Watch and try again. Restore location and privacy settings on the paired iPhone. Open Settings, tap “General” and scroll to Transfer or Reset iPhone » Reset » Reset Location & Privacy. Check if background refresh is enabled for the app in question. On your Apple Watch, open Settings, tap General » Update in 2nd Plan and activate this. Below, you can see which apps have this turned on or not. Unpair your Apple Watch with your iPhone, redo the pairing process, and try using complications again.
