The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the match timings of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 9 which will start from Saturday, February 17 in Lahore.
Defending champions Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United will clash in the first match, this match will be played at 8 pm.
When there are two matches in a day i.e. a double header, the first match of the day will start at 2 PM while the night match will start at 7 PM.
On the other hand, PCB has also announced the timings of the matches during Ramadan, it is likely that Ramadan will start from March 10 or 11, so the PSL matches will start at 9 pm in Ramadan so that the cricketers including Fans can enter the stadium by offering prayers.
It should be noted that before the first match today, the tournament will be started with a colorful opening ceremony in which the famous artists of the country will perform their art while fireworks and laser show will also be organized for the fans.
The opening ceremony of the Pakistan Super League will begin at 06:30 PM at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Entry of cricket fans will start at 03:30 hrs. Singers Ali Zafar, Aima Baig, Arif Lohar and Noori will perform in the opening ceremony.
On the other hand, players from different countries around the world have joined their team, while the teams say that their preparation is complete.
It should be remembered that in PSL 9, 34 matches will be played between 6 teams in two phases, while the final of the event will be played on March 18 in Karachi.
