The different types of licenses to drive an electric motorcycle?

What is the difference between a 50cc and 125cc equivalent?
In fact, electric motors come with equivalents expressed in cubic centimeters (cm2).
The 50 cm2 equivalent is limited to a power of 4 kW. Its speed must not exceed 45 km/h.

A1: the license for a light electric motorcycle
The A1 license is suitable for light electric motorcycles of 11 kW. It also covers three electric wheels, provided that their power does not exceed 15 kW.
To obtain the A1 license, drivers must be at least 16 years old. Those who are 16 to 21 years old, but do not have another license must pass the road safety school certificate or a level 2 ASR.
The A1 license consists of a theoretical exam comprising 40 questions and a practical exam. The latter takes place following training of at least 20 hours, i.e. 8 hours on the track and 12 hours on the road.
Furthermore, the A1 permit is only issued to candidates who have French nationality. Otherwise, the nationals must have professional or personal ties in France for at least 6 months.
The A2 license is essential to drive on a motorcycle with a power between 11 and 35 kW. You must be 18 years or older to obtain it. For those who are 21 years old or younger without another license, they must pass the ASSR2 or ASR.
This license consists of the same practical and theoretical exams as the other licenses. To pass it, candidates must have followed a 20-hour training courseor 3 p.m. for A1 permit holders.
Permit A, license for any electric motorcycle
