The idea that love is expressed in five languages is not new. This concept was first presented to the public in 1992, when the Dr Gary Chapman has published his book titled The 5 languages of love. In this book, Chapman explains in detail what characterizes the languages of love, how knowing them is beneficial for relationships, and how to determine which language you and your loved ones use. Today at the age of social media and the internetthe concept has grown in popularity, and people can take online quizzes to determine if their love language stands out for words of appreciation, physical contact, quality time, services rendered, or gifts.
