In the videos and pictures circulating, graffiti appeared on the walls that appeared to the Saudi Crown Prince while he was wiping them, including what King Salman bin Abdulaziz directed the maintenance work, which included “paving the surface of the Kaaba with marble, increasing waterproofing, treating the wooden elements of the ceiling and columns, and maintaining the Kaaba door. the supervisor, the door of the inner staircase, and the gutter.”
Among the other writings that appeared clearly on the circulating video site were the directives of the late Saudi monarch, King Khalid bin Abdulaziz, to “renew the wire of the Kaaba in the year 1397 AH.”
