What are the keys to “Buy without VAT”
– Refund up to 21% of the amount of the purchase operations, but with a limit equivalent to 21% of the value of the Basic Food Basket for 4 members (composed of a 35-year-old man, a 31-year-old woman, a son of 6 years old and an 8 year old daughter (according to last publication, $111,642).
