KB Real Estate, a real estate information platform of KB Kookmin Bank (President Lee Jae-geun), announced the ranking of popular complexes for the first half of 2023.
This is the result of counting the most searched complexes by customers who visited the KB Real Estate platform during the first half of this year from January to June.
According to KB Real Estate, the most popular complex in the first half of the year is Heliocity in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. With a total of 9510 households, it is the complex with the largest number of households among apartments in Korea. As it is a large complex, it is sweeping the first place in various complex rankings announced by KB Real Estate. The total sum of KB market prices in Helio City was 15.51 trillion won as of June, ranking first in market capitalization. It also ranked first in the ‘KB Leading Apartment 50’ ranking, which selected the top 50 apartments with large scale and high apartment prices.
In second place was Jamsil L’s in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. With 5,678 households, it is the third largest complex in Songpa-gu, following Garak-dong Helio City and Sincheon-dong Parkrio. It is one of the representative apartments in Songpa-gu, called the ‘elite (Jamsil Els, Ricenz, Trizium) three musketeers’ in Jamsil-dong.
Next, Godeok Grassium in Godeok-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul came in third. It is a large-scale complex with close to 5,000 households located in Godeok District, so it is considered the largest apartment in Gangdong-gu.
Then, The Sharp Songdo Marina Bay in Songdo-dong, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon (3100 households), Parkrio in Sincheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul (6864 households), Sanseong Station Forestia (4089 households) in Sinheung-dong, Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, Heukseokzai in Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul (1772 households), Mapo in Ahyeon-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul Raemian Prugio (3885 households) and Ricenz (5563 households) in Jamsil-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul had the highest number of views.
Most of the complexes that ranked at the top of the popular complexes are landmark apartments representing the region with more than 3,000 households. Five apartment complexes in the Gangnam area, including Songpa and Gangdong in Seoul, were included in the top 10. These areas, where new large-scale buildings are concentrated, favored by buyers for sales and rentals, are places where transactions have been steady in the first half of the year. In May and June, apartment prices are also on the rise. According to KB Housing Price Trends as of June 26, apartment sales prices in Songpa-gu and Gangdong-gu increased by 0.21% and 0.03%, respectively, compared to the previous week.
Heukseokjai, Heukseok-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul, which recently renewed the highest competition rate ever with 930,000 people applying for unranked subscriptions, also ranked 7th in the popular complex.
