According to an American study published on January 18 in Jama Network, 76% side effects felt following a vaccine injection would be related to theeffet nocebo. Roughly speaking, this means that the majority of patients experience adverse effects because they expect them.

To measure the extent of this phenomenon, the researchers analyzed data from 45,000 volunteers involved in 12 clinical trials of vaccination once morest Covid-19.
