An Argentine woman, identified as Maria Clara Urdangaray 27 years oldwas murdered by her partner, a man from Switzerland, when they were both visiting Kosovo. This was reported to the media by the victim’s father Facundo Urdangaray.
According to the man’s account, both had arrived in that European country, located in the Balkans, to attend the wedding of the brother of the alleged femicide.
“She was in a relationship with a Swiss person and they had traveled to Kosovo for the wedding of this person’s brother. It seems that at night following a heated discussion, he threw her off the balcony and she died in the hospital. His 31-year-old partner was detained,” Urdangaray explained in dialogue with the Todo Noticias signal.
Regarding the circumstances in which his daughter met who her partner was, the young woman’s father explained that they had both met in Barcelona, where she lived between “two or three months”.
