How to prevent them?

To avoid heat stroke, it is important to take care of hydration and nutrition, as well as reduce physical activity during hotter hours.

Also, you should dress in loose and fresh clothes, and try to be in ventilated places.

The most important thing is not to expose yourself to direct sunlight between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and never before reaching 1 year of age.
