Heart failure, i.e. the inability of the heart to pump blood properly and in the right amount
What are its types? And which is the worst?
Heart failure, congestive heart failure
Its types:
Left heart failure:
Blood backflows into the lungs and causes shortness of breath.
Right heart failure:
Blood refluxes to the abdomen, legs and feet and causes swelling.
Systolic heart failure:
The inability of the heart muscle (especially the left ventricle) to contract, causing a problem with pumping blood.
Diastolic heart failure:
The inability of the heart muscle to relax (especially the left ventricle), which causes a problem with the filling of the ventricles.
Which is the worst?!
Left heart failure is the most dangerous, why?
Left heart failure is one of the causes of right heart failure (ie, rarely, right heart failure occurs without the left).
In severe cases of left heart failure: Pulmonary edema forms very quickly, causing suffocation and death within 30-20 minutes.
Finally, you are well, health and peace.
