After the end of meeting 37 in the Coche oval, the Commissioners of the La Rinconada Racecourse issued their bulletin of resolutions in which opening Administrative Inquiry to the mare Lady Soal for her performance in the sixth race last Sunday, September 11.
Led by jockey Rafael Solano, the mare trained by Ramon García ranked seventh in the competition, coming within six lengths of the winner Stregth Mya in an exclusive duel for four-year-old mares, winners of one race.

Lady Soal, daughter of Z Humor in Samba Dancer, comes from falling second to a Cheetah body in a competition with the same call, she reappeared after 42 days without running, being the public’s favorite, but her irregular performance started an Opening of Investigation which will end with statements by Ramón García and Rafael Solano before the Office of Commissioners of the National Institute of Racecourses.
CASO LADY QUESTION
Given the performance of the horse LADY SOAL N° 04 (RAFAEL SOLANO), this Board of Commissioners proceeds to open the Administrative Investigation in accordance with articles 5, 14, 17, 18 and 262 of the National Racing Regulations. Likewise, citizens RAMÓN GARCÍA and RAFAEL SOLANO are notified to appear before the Office of the Resident Commissioner of the INH, in order to render statements.
