The entertainment sector in Mexico is in mourning following the death of Roberto Hernán, a renowned actor who left an indelible mark on Mexican television for his participation in “La Rosa de Guadalupe.” The unfortunate news was confirmed by the National Association of Actors (ANDI) on Thursday, February 29 through X:
“ANDI México announces the unfortunate death of the performing partner Roberto Hernán, an actor known for productions such as ‘De Few Fleas’, ‘La Rosa de Guadalupe’ and ‘The Shadow of the Past’. We send our deepest condolences to his family and friends.”
Throughout his career, Roberto Hernán established himself as a versatile actor, capable of playing a wide range of characters, which caused him to accumulate a loyal fan base. His career was not only marked by his work in “La Rosa de Guadalupe”, but also by his participation in other renowned productions, which made him a beloved figure inside and outside of Mexico.

These include: ‘María Belén’, ‘De Few Pulgas’, ‘Los Simuladores’, ‘La mujer del Vendaval’, ‘La Sombra del Pasado’, ‘As the Saying Says’ and Juan Gabriel’s bioseries: ‘Hasta que I met you’.

Over the years, “La Rosa de Guadalupe” has been a project that has managed to connect with the public through the emotionality and relevance of its stories, with Roberto Hernán being one of the figures who contributed the most to this success.
