To find the slowest-selling cars, we reviewed iSeeCars.com’s Best Selling Cars Study, which analyzed sales of 463,000 new and used vehicles between October 2023 and March 2024.

Here we have compiled a list of the 10 slowest selling new cars. All of the cars on the list took at least 90 days to sell, which is much longer than the industry average of 54 days. We have also added GoodCarBadCar’s second quarter sales and the change from last year.

By far the slowest-selling vehicle was the Jeep Cherokee, at 169.7 days, or regarding 5.5 months, more than three times the average of 54 days.

According to iSeeCars.com, many of the slower-selling models have been on the market for years in their current form and are in need of a redesign.

The list also includes several electric models that, despite being relatively new, haven’t lived up to the expectations that were present when they were launched.

The two models of the Mercedes-Benz EQS (SUV and sedan) took more than 100 days to sell and were also the most expensive on the list, with an average price of $125,000 for the sedan and $128,000 for the SUV.
