Beirut Sports Club suffered its first loss in the “Super League” basketball league for the West Asian region, once morest its host, Iraqi Oil, with a score of 87-100, today, Wednesday, in the second group competitions of the tournament.

On the other hand, Amir Saud was the best with the Lebanese team, scoring 23 points, while the best player in Asia, Wael Arkaji, scored 17 points.

The Iraqi team, which previously defeated the Syrian Al-Karamah in the opening round, topped the group standings with 4 points, and will play its next match with the Iranian Gorgan on January 3 in Tehran.
