“We live the Drent and Herent in Wernstein. The close connection between the Inn and the Danube is very important to me. Cooperation across national borders is just as important to me. And that’s where the synergy between the Donau Oberösterreich Tourism Association and the Donau Oberösterreich Advertising Association comes into play, which also unites Bavarian communities under one roof,” says Mayor Alois Stadler.
“Wernstein am Inn closes the gap between Schärding and Passau. The Inn community with great cultural treasures such as the Kubinhaus Zwickledt is located on the Inn-Danube corner, which is already perceived by guests as a region,” says Petra Riffert, Managing Director of the Donau Oberösterreich Tourism Association.
