The project to increase purchasing power for those who have a welfare card of the state, phase 4, which helps the cost of purchasing goods from economically priced Blue Flag stores (Fah Flag Shops) and the cost of purchasing goods or services from merchants or service providers. Participants who participated in the project half-person, Phase 4, amounting to not more than 200 baht per person per month, for a period of 3 months (1 February – 30 April 2022) has ended.
The Comptroller General’s Department would like to clarify about the payment to the state welfare card. since May 2022 as follows:
Every 1st of the month (cannot be withdrawn in cash and not accumulated in the following month)
– Purchase limit of 200/300 baht per month
– Discount on the purchase of cooking gas 100 baht per 3 months (Apr. – Jun. 65)
– Travel expenses include
Bus fare: 500 baht per month
Train fare 500 baht per month
electric train fare (MRT/BTS/ARL) and BMTA 500 baht per month (for holders of government welfare cards residing in Bangkok and its vicinity)
Every 15th of the month (can be withdrawn in cash and can be accumulated in the next month)
– Subsistence allowance for low-income seniors who are eligible for the State Welfare Registration Program 50/100 baht per month (elderly eligible from Oct. 64 – Jul. 65 will receive money into the card in April – Sept. 65)
Every 18th of the month (can be withdrawn in cash and can accumulate in the next month)
– Electricity bill refund not more than 315 baht per household per month (For holders of state welfare cards that uses electricity not more than 315 baht per month)
– Water bill refund not more than 100 baht per household per month (For holders of state welfare cards who use tap water not more than 315 baht per month, will receive a refund of water bill not more than 100 baht. The excess of 100 baht is paid by the cardholder.)
Every 22nd of the month (can be withdrawn in cash and can be accumulated in the next month)
– Additional money for disability allowance 200 baht per month (for holders of state welfare cards with a disability identification card and receiving disability allowance)
