At least three Noëlla cubs have been spotted in the province of Limburg. This is reported by the organization Welcome Wolf. They are all in good health, we learned on Monday.
Welcome Wolf now has photos and videos of at least three, possibly four or five surviving wolf cubs in Limburg. “The cubs are now four months old and already regarding the size of a German Shepherd, but mentally they are still puppies: very naive, unable to hunt on their own and completely dependent on their mother Noella for food,” said the wolf expert Jan Loos.
In fact, Welkom Wolf expects some “unusual events” this year, such as inexperienced Cubs facing dogs, horses or even humans, or Cubs getting trapped in residential areas. “But wolves, and especially wolf cubs of this age, are totally harmless to humans,” recalls the association.
