Want to lose weight, but don’t know when to go to the gym? Now is the perfect time to exercise, according to a new study.
As the saying goes, “the future belongs to those who rise early.” This is indeed the case for those who want to lose weight since it is between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. that it is best to train to optimize the effects.
“Our study provided a new tool to explore the diurnal pattern of physical activity and study its impact on health outcomes,” said Tongyu Ma, assistant professor in the department of health sciences at the University. Franklin Pierce and lead author of the study.
