Austria Vienna coach Michael Wimmer has a new assistant coach, Christian Wegleitner. The Bundesliga soccer team announced this on Tuesday. The 45-year-old Wegleitner was most recently head coach at second division club SV Stripfing, the Veilchen’s cooperation club. He had previously worked with the Young Violets. Austria, which starts training once more on January 5th, already has a Wimmer assistant in Ahmet Koc.
