Gruyères » After four years of absence, the Double Cream Festival returns to the county town of Gruyere. On June 4 and 5, gourmets will be able to browse the small market, but also observe the demonstrations of local crafts, the traveling farm, or even the giant poya of 2 meters by 2.5 in meringue, set up by the Bakers Association – pastry chefs from the canton of Fribourg.

An eight-step course for tasting double cream dishes as well as workshops are also planned. A party card sold for 18 francs (5 francs for children) allows access to various activities and reductions in the museums and shops of the city. In 2018, the second edition of the festival brought together some 15,000 visitors. PC
